Hi , Good Day, I did receive the order and delivered to my client. On the first sight of the material quality is not appreciated by the client and we have to convince the customer with warranty assurance. Delivery delayed while I paid for the order well before the holiday season start. When I contacted to place the order I was told the item quoted me is not the which I required then I have to take the approval from the client for that item which was different in size but of the required standard. I had to pay additional payment for increased price. During all this the seller was asking me to confirm the changes otherwise we can refund your money. Sir consider the position of businessman who has given the quality assurance, delivery period how can he afford the cancellation of order? Hope not to mind my remarks but please improve the business principles and a strict action on them. Thanks and regards
